Requirements
108M+
70 Attack
70 Strength
70 Defence


This is the gear i recommend if you aren't too wealthy. 




This is the inventory i suggest you use while using this method. 




You should lower your HP by getting hit by a monster with no armor on, i use Tzhaars. This is so the Dharok armour special works.




Now for the final step, go to the North of the Edgeville bank, pot up and start attacking the Level 2 Men, they have a LARGE amount of HP so It's easy XP and they don't hit on you at all. The Dharok special will make you hit high because the lower your HP is the higher you will hit.
